At Wolds Holistic Health Physiotherapy, we offer a range of specialised services for women, men and children including pelvic health physiotherapy, pessary fitting for pelvic organ prolapse, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) management, psychosexual medicine, breast care (e.g., mastitis and blocked ducts), and holistic physiotherapy. We treat each client individually, tailoring our approach to meet your specific health needs.

2. How do I book an appointment?

3. Do I need a referral from my doctor?


No, you don’t need a referral to book an appointment with us. However, if you are being treated by a healthcare professional for a related condition, we may ask for their input to ensure the best possible care.

4. What should I expect during my first appointment?


During your initial consultation, Helena will conduct a thorough assessment to understand your symptoms, medical history, and goals. Depending on your condition, this may include a physical examination and a discussion of your treatment options. Together, we will develop a personalised treatment plan.

5. How long are the sessions?


Initial consultations usually last 90 minutes, allowing time for a detailed assessment. Follow-up sessions are typically 60 minutes, depending on the type of treatment you’re receiving.

6. What should I wear to my appointment?


We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy movement. If you are attending a pelvic health or breast care session, you may be asked to undress for a more detailed examination, but we always ensure your comfort and privacy.

7. Do you offer virtual appointments?


Yes, we offer virtual consultations for certain services, including follow-up sessions and some assessments. If this option suits you, please choose the online option when booking your appointment.

8. How much do your services cost?


Prices vary depending on the service and session length. For detailed information about fees, please refer to our pricing page or contact us directly. We aim to provide transparent and affordable care for all our clients.

9. What is your cancellation policy?


We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to someone else in need. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.
