Meet Helena

Helena is the founder and clinical lead at Wolds Holistic Health. She is not only a highly skilled Specialist Physiotherapist, but she also holds first-class honours degrees in both Psychology and Physiotherapy. Her unique combination of qualifications enables her to take a well-rounded approach to health, considering the mental and emotional aspects of each client’s journey. In addition to her physiotherapy expertise, Helena is a trained practitioner in Health Psychology and Psychosexual Medicine, further enhancing her ability to support clients with complex and sensitive conditions.

Helena's services are particularly tailored to women’s health, with specialties in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). She offers treatments for pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, and postpartum recovery, including pessary fittings for prolapse management. Helena’s passion for empowering women also extends to offering the Mummy MOT, a detailed postnatal assessment designed to help women regain their strength and confidence after childbirth.

Meet Zoe

Zoe is a highly qualified midwife and Mummy MOT practitioner, with extensive experience in maternal and newborn care. She has dedicated her career to empowering women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Zoe understands that the journey into motherhood is transformative and often comes with physical and emotional challenges. Zoe’s expertise allows her to provide tailored advice and exercises to help mothers regain strength, improve body confidence, and address any concerns related to prolapse, incontinence, or diastasis recti. Zoe believes in a holistic approach to care, taking into consideration the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of motherhood. She works collaboratively with each mother to create an individualised plan that promotes healing and empowers them to embrace their new role confidently. Zoe is also a highly regarded pregnancy yoga teacher, practising in the Yorkshire Wolds.

Zoe is available for new Mummy MOT bookings for Beverley and Pocklington locations for women 6-12 weeks postpartum.
